  1. James says:

I really appreciate your teaching style and the enlightenment about the 2 key success factors.
I have been on a quest for some time now to understand myself and why I struggle to get the things in life I say I want and yet never achieve them.
I realized that I have not been authentic to my natural talents nor did I even know what they were.
I feel that whit continued study with your material the lights will come on and a new found freedom will emerge.
Thank God for your journey and contribution to those of us who have been fortunate enough to have made the connection with you and your work.

    James

  2. Agnes B. says:

Absolutely wonderful video! I look forward to seeing the other videos. Thank you so much!

  3. Berlinda Chin says:

This is a very valuable resource indeed. I’ve been working with my team in these areas and now, the video has really summed it up in the nutshell for us.

Thanks very much Jay. I’m looking forward to the other three videos/ lessons.

  4. uso says:

This video is simply awesome..am already aware of my natural talents just watching it.looking forward to viewing more.

  5. Justin says:

I am excited to learn more….

  6. alex chardiet says:

If the career I’m in require a lot of the traits I don’t posses, and it is a grind, am I suppose to change careers?

  7. José Simões says:

This is an interesting point of view. I agree, with this presentation.

  8. Sonia says:

Thank you. I am excited to learn more. Last week, I hired an organizational expert, and I was feeling a bit guilty – after watching this, no more… Now, I need a butler :)

May I suggest adding an obvious botton saying “leave a comment before you watch the next” and guide me right to the end? thanks again.

  9. Monika says:

Thank you. I immediately stop loosing energy on struggling with my non-talents.
    M.

  10. Caroline A. says:

I never thought about self awareness and authenticity as fueling success. Its true. I’m a great multi-tasker but there’s so many things I hate doing, which makes me put them off and slows me down. If I could just do the things I love, I’d be much happier.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts via this video! Look forward to the others…..

  11. Miguel says:

    Fantastic!

  12. Desmond says:

The Introductory is awesome just listening has made me more self aware, very cool stuff and easy to absorb, Thanks Jay.

  13. Kevin Sandy says:

Is this more about personality type – like MBTI (MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR) or about more character – like Character First (http://www.characterfirst.com/)?
It is very practical Jay, i love the training. What i find though is that i never seems to get out of life what i want but more than that i end up receiving or choosing what i don’t want or like. Does this program help with this?

    • Jay Niblick says:

      Kevin,

This program does indeed deal specifically with that very point (i.e., not getting what you want out of life). In fact, it’s the focus of several chapters in the book (e.g., you get what you accept). I think it’s less about what specific measurement tool you use, or which specific dimension of yourself you focus on (e.g., MBTI, Character, whatever dimension) and more about having a complete understanding of what you are right now (whatever that definition is) and then seeking to find a role (or create one) that fits best with that – instead of constantly trying to go the other way and making yourself fit with a role or the world around you. If you find yourself choosing from a list of things you don’t want (least of several evils) then perhaps there is an underlying belief system that limits your options…unless there truly are no “good” options out there in the world.

I hope you check out some of the materials and see if they shed any light on the issue for you. I think you’ll find they do.

      Thanks,

      J.

  14. Erica says:

Thank you. That was clear to me. I understand now that I need to make a note of my greatest Talents and my Non-Talents. I will see you on the next video.

  15. hp says:

I am so happy someone finally explained that I am not programmed to have organizational ability. For years I hated this in me an I could organize a million times , just to get back to the mess I usualy end up with anyways.. Now I can relax and concentrate on my natural talents and improve on those.

  16. Hey, Great video.. Never thought about this and really looking forward for the next videos, ca’t wait for them.

  17. ramchand says:

Jay , I wonder now is it so simple to be so clear? Anyhow thanks a lot-ramchand

  18. Thank you for the chance to watch this video Jay. I will look into them a little more after consulting Anthony Robbins on this. Very Insiteful video intro.

  19. Lou Ettamarna says:

lOOKING FORWARD TO LEARNING MORE ABOUT MYSELF.
    lOU

  20. Jack says:

Brilliant. I can’t wait to watch the other videos. I can now see that every time I have been successful in my life, I was able to use my natural talents to the fullest and someone else “covered” for those things that did not come naturally for me.

    Thanks

  21. Fabiana says:

    Amazing!!!!!!!
    Thanks…
I look forward to learning more about these two traits: Self-awareness and Authencity

  22. E. M. Murray says:

Compelling. Just identifying the 2 traits of Self Awareness + Authenticity is huge milestone in the field. By the way, I notice some topical overlap (particularly the emphasis on job satisfaction) in your Genius Files with Gallup Poll/Strengthfinder (originally, Now Discover Your Strengths) findings. Any relation between the two studies?

    Great stuff!

    Cheers.

    E. M.

    • E. M. Murray says:

By the way Jay. Thought you’d dig this. It’s an excerpt from Napoleon HIll’s The Laws of Success in 1928:

During the past fourteen years I have analyzed more than 16,000 men and women, and all of the vital facts gathered from these analyses have been carefully organized and woven into this course. These analyses brought out many interesting facts which have helped to make this course practical and usable. For example, it was discovered that ninety-five per cent of all who were analyzed were failures, and but five per cent were successes. (By the term “failure” is meant that they had failed to find happiness and the ordinary necessities of life without struggle that was almost unbearable.) Perhaps this is about the proportion of successes and failures that might be found if all the people of the world were accurately analyzed. One of the most startling facts brought to light by those 16,000 analyses was the discovery that the ninety-five per cent who were classed as failures were in that class because they had no definite chief aim in life, while the five per cent constituting the successful ones not only had purposes that were definite, but they had, also, definite plans for the attainment of their purposes.

Another important fact disclosed by these analyses was that the ninety-five per cent constituting the failures were engaged in work which they did not like, while the five per cent constituting the successful ones were doing that which they liked best. It is doubtful whether a person could be a failure while engaged in work which he liked best. Another vital fact learned from the analyses was that all of the five per cent who were succeeding had formed the habit of systematic saving of money, while the ninety-five per cent who were failures saved nothing. This is worthy of serious thought.

How do you like them bananas? Evidently nothing new under the sun!

      Cheers.

      E. M.

  23. J says:

    Lovely video!

  24. Maria Vandermey says:

Thanks for this video. It makes perfect sense to maximize the use of one’s potentials and not worry about “fixing” the non-potentials. This validates why we are all different and it is only through collaboration that we can all achieve greater success.

  25. Toby Jensen says:

I just finished my article on DiSC personality profiling. People had been asking me for years how masculine and feminine fit in the four quadrants. I struggled for a long time how that would work until I realized that male/female was only half the equation. The other half is parent/child.

In short – here it is.
    D drive – masculine
    i influence – child
    S steadiness – feminine
    C compliant – parental

If you want to read the full article contact me here:

  26. Karin says:

I was thinking, when I watched this video, .Am I so brilliant,or How come I already know the content of this video??

    Uggghrm, Sure I am brilliant…

This content shows similarities with the Steven Coveys book “the seven habits, of highly effective peolple”. I have a live seminar audio of this.
To be specific, it is the6th habit which this refers to..
The whole is greater the the sum of the parts. He describes this in short as, Synergy.
Value the differences. The strength lies in the differences we have in our abundance mentality.
    Define unity as complementariness.

I like the way this material is explained and brought to us.I am loking forward to the other parts

    • Jay Niblick says:

      Karin,

I am honored to be put at the same level as Covey so thank you for that. I would recommend reading his Eighth Habit as well if you haven’t already.

      J.

    • Linda says:

      Karin,

I believe you must be brilliant as I had absolutely no idea about what the two key factors for success were. At first I thought that’s a bit diffucult ’self awareness’ and ‘autenticity’ – what are those? It will sure take a long time to figure out what my talents and non talents are but it’s the way and the path which is fun! Hope you enjoy it as well. xlinda

  27. Eric Perdomo says:

Wow, this is cool. I’m a Pastor starting up a new church work in central florida but I also know that I have other natural abilities that I want to use to create a financial freedom for myself and my family. And be a inspiration to those that are around me. Thanks guys… I’m going to watch the other movies now. Would you guys be doing any live seminars in Florida?

stay strong and keep those videos coming.

    Sincerly,
    Eric

    • Jay Niblick says:

      Eric,

Unfortunately I don’t have anything planned for any events in Florida, but we’ll be launching something very cool quite soon and that will at least provide a way for us to interact, share ideas, exchange thoughts regarding Genius, etc. Stay tuned and if I schedule anything in Florida I’ll let you know.

      J.

  28. Eleanor says:

    Hi,

I enjoyed all four videos. I have commented with Spanish friends on the contents . Is there a Spanish version? Thank you.

  29. Dee says:

The presentation was simplistic and very interesting. Looking forward to seeing videos 2 thru 4. Thank you for sharing……it truly does ….. make sense to maximize the greatest strengths and barter the lesser strengths.

    God Bless

  30. Diana says:

Is definitely never too late to learn, why things or plans don’t always work they ways we want it.

  31. Becky West says:

    Hi Jay,

This is exciting – the insight you offer in this first video IS totally cool! Discovery of natural talent and using natural talent = happiness looks like a fun “to do” for me.

And the truth is – I don’t believe it would have meant half as much to my previous “self-awareness” had I seen this before I had a clear idea of what direction I want to go in my career.

Because I know exactly what I want AND I have a TON of things I want to do – I’m happy to know I can do things in an easier way and with half the effort. PLUS “be” myself!

    How cool is that? :D

Thank you! …I love your presentation too!

  32. Richard says:

It seems that certain basic skills must be added to one’s arsenal (“turn left”) or we would not be able to turn right because we can’t convince our boss to let us change the role. Just started the course, and can hardly wait to find out if I have an ability to negotiate, and how to turn right (finally.)

    • Jay Niblick says:

Absolutely! The study showed that the very best turn left plenty of time, just not when it came to trying to develop natural talents. The trick is understanding what is a skill or knowledge and what is a natural talent. The free profiles associated with these videos will help you do that too.

  33. Beck says:

    Thanks for sharing the insight…

  34. Very good job.

    Your success was predicatable !

  35. Jay,

Great video. I enjoy your use of graphic animation to engage the viewer. Your landing page is put together well allowing for your own marketing to expand w/o having to redesign. I do see some gaps in your blog. My own blog suffers from gaps as I go from a flurry of writing to periods of learning and reflections. Nice to know I’m not the only one ; ))

Looking forward to the up and coming videos.

  36. kerry says:

The genius mindset is interesting and makes alot of sense. Your presentation is generous and clear, and the values and disc reports appear to be personal and accurate. However, even with self awareness and the desire to become authentic, life can be far from ideal. I am talking about having dependants that consume your time to such a degree that personal space to work on oneself can be almost impossible to find and to change this would be cruel to the needs of those closest to you, those who rely on you and who need you around the clock. So whilst I have enjoyed the videos and have no doubt that these concepts are the key to many peoples success, I have to admit that changing my environment is beyond my options, at least for many years to come. Until time has passed and relief if given I will however watch your videos dipping in from time to time to this positive ideal, for the knowledge that others have the freedom to change their world is inspirational enough in itself …………

    • Jay Niblick says:

      Kerry,

Do you mind if I ask in what way your current environment is causing you to be inauthentic? The vast majority of people simply modify their environment or role, rather than replace it, so perhaps there is something I could offer in the way of a moderate change that is balanced and fair to all.

      J.

  37. Ruth-Anne says:

Thanks Jay looking forward to the next three.

  38. DeBorah says:

    Jay,

Just finished the video’s and found them to be an excellent resource and educational tool. Thanks for making them available, they have wet my appetite for the the concept and to seek more info.

  39. darina says:

Thank you for this video, it is really interesting way to show this insight with us !

  40. Pete Antell says:

    Hello Jay Niblick,

Very well done, very interesting, compelling presentation. If I – very experienced, very impatient, watched the entire set – it must be! And as I’m sure you are aware, the “you-in-person” video made a huge difference in engaging me fully.

    – Yet, in the end – I feel like I just came out of a long business seminar…

The piece which is lacking here is this: INSPIRATION!! The thing that makes it all happen – makes you “squeeze the trigger” as you say – made Tony Robbins so very successful was not (only) the content, the great new concepts of what comprises each of us – but the incredible manner in which he INSPIRES, and extricates commitment from you. You mention “passion” several times – but I’m afraid I don’t feel it, I’m not motivated my friend.

But thank you for your great ideas, insights, and sincerity.
    Peter

    • Jay Niblick says:

      Pete,

Sounds fair. First, thank you very much for placing me in the same expectation level as Tony. Not many ever can achieve the level of inspiration and excitement that he does, in the way he does, that’s for sure. I guess that’s just not “me” so instead of trying to be “Jay doing Tony” – just to be happy being “Jay doing Jay”. And thank you for your honesty – so nice to see because that’s you being authentic.

Second, you make a very important point so thank you for making it. I can only point you to your motivation, but I can’t create it within you. My way is more subdued then Tony’s in that I prefer to be the more subtle catalyst that starts you down the path of investigation and discovery wherein you look inside and find that inspiration yourself. I do this because I’ve found that when I create that inspiration for you, it dies out the further you get from me. When you create/find it for yourself, it burns hotter – longer.

But, I also know that wont be right for everyone so thank you for watching the videos and I’m glad they helped somewhat.

      J.

  41. Hey Jay,

Really awesome video! This is a really powerful way of thinking about how to be the best self you can. Thanks for these videos!

    Peace,
    Darren L Carter

  42. AquaBlu001 says:

Makes sense….look forward to seeing the next video

  43. Life Coach says:

Very simple. We over complicate things, add things to our routine or reluctant to let go of things, where as this tells us to simplify… I know I will.

    • David Rivera says:

It is very simple and we do over complicate things. I know I have had my share in that. I incorporate similar thinking in my daily work life as an optical technician, but co-workers and supervisors just think I’m lazy for being that way.

  44. DYNAMITE!!!!

    • AJAYI VICTOR O says:

thanks for sending me this video.though i was not able to watch it to the satisfaction. i will like to have.let me know how to purchase it .thanks alot.

  45. Sean Devlin says:

Great Video. I’m excited to really learn what my Natural Talents are.

  46. Nick says:

Wow!!! This almost turns my concept upside down!!!
In the past,I was always trying to fix myself well, trying to find a point to keep balance in all the issues.
I really should seriously think of it now…..

  47. Saijee Rao says:

I like your approach to simplification to 2 traits; but then when you expanded on Self Awareness to 120 items, that was intimidating! After all you have be able to list them all, take a close look at each natural talent and then ‘be sure’ (as you put it) that you are clear about which you are good at, etc. IN any case, I look forward to the other videos to find if thing will get simpler…Thanks. Saijee

  48. Ok, I’m hooked! Bring on the second video!

It is so true that self awarness and authenticity are the key to fullfillment, balance and purpose.

I took a huge leap of faith and left my stable, corporate job to focus on a career where my talents would be well used. I became a Certified Coach and I love my job. It is amazing that I get paid to do what is easy for me. All it took was focusing on my talents.

    Tammy

  49. LB says:

Jay, thank you for the video.

I found your concepts intriguing and I’ll be reviewing my Profile with these concepts in mind.

    cheers

  50. lulo says:

what about the talents? how can I identify which are my own best?
    and,
if my occupation requires different sets of them, I guess I need to change my professional practice or adapt so that I can use most f my real talents instead of trying to improve my weaknesses.

  51. Tonkins says:

Jay, Thank you for sharing this wonderful concept… I guess one of the keys to happiness is simplicity. Really looking forward to hearing more!
    Blessings,
    Tonkins

  52. Dear Jay,

you got my attention when you mentioned Mike Lorelli….I worked with him a few years back when he was CEO of Latex International in Shelton, CT. and he won my respect……..I’m going to go back and read through the report on my top traits and look forward to the next few videos to see how to put them to use in the most efficient way….twice the success with half the effort…sign me up! cheers for sharing Jay….hope to see you at the top real soon!

  53. Patrick says:

    Dear Jay,

Thank you in advance. Just want to say that it will help me discover the natural talents for graduating from Univerisity. This has mentally adjusted my approach now to thinking about making changes that will benefit us all in the next months. This is such an important subject ‘outsource’ and its great to know you are collegues with Tony Robbins. I look forward to further progress and implementation of the strategy.

    Kind Regards.

  54. Lis says:

thanks for the video, It was really good

  55. Christine says:

Thanks for the video Jay … loved the presentation and the content. Now looking forward to the next one.

  56. Steve says:

I like the way this is developing; the opportunities that it presents. I have a feeling that the direction you’re taking may have some value in both my life and my business. Looking forward to seeing how this evolves.

  57. Sherri says:

Thank you for the suggestion “outsource” my weaknesses. I felt a sigh of relief; a shift in self-talk, with the suggestion that I don’t have to work harder to make up my weaknesses. I always feel guilty if I don’t do everything myself…I’m going to try this suggestion.

  58. Roma says:

It’s a great video, but I expect more detailed introduction. For example how to define those abilities!?
mm> I feel like I am creative, but I can not show it off and it leads me to the thought that it’s not my natural ability or so. Well, how can I derminete is it my natural talent or not?! i hope it will be discussed in the next 3 videos.

    Thx for the great video!

  59. A. Allen says:

    Insightfull

  60. chintan says:

great vocal delivery…. and good points discussed and what most fascinating though was the presentation style and the video, context sensitive text flashing with good music and images, got me hooked right away, thank you for making this…..

  61. JIW says:

    Hey jay!
An absolute fantastic fun and helpfull video!

    abundant love

  64. josh says:

    Magical!!!

A great and simplified reminder to all of us on how to better manage our strengths and weaknesses. Thank you for the kick in the pants and looking forward to the next videos!

    Cheers,

  66. Jorge Colon says:

Great insights…looking forward to next videos!

Great. This is really helping me thanks

  68. David Gemmell says:

    Hi Jay,

Thank you very much for sharing this video with me and I look forward to your next versions. The video was excellent and brought to life the content of your fascinating book “what is your genius” . Furthermore, I would like to say many thanks for changing my life for the better.

    Regards

    David

  69. kns says:

    Just superb.

Looking forward for the next 3 viedos.

    ksn

  70. Tess Binns says:

Awesome!!!!! I’ve just discovered my strengths and weaknesses and I have spent many years in the wrong job! As I’m planning a career change very soon, I will be sure to outsource tasks that don’t match my strengths instead of trying to do it all. One of them is house cleaning! :)

  71. Eric W says:

In short: find out what you’re good at; focus on that; and don’t squander your energy on other pursuits. The appropriate idiom is, “Don’t be a jack of all trades and a master of none.”

I can’t help but wondering if the very successful people were the people who were successful at ONE thing, in which case such an approach would be appropriate. And then, would people who were very successful at a multitude of things, and successful specifically because of working with a nexus of abilities, have gotten where they are via another route?

There seem to be some good reminders here, though it’s always a little funny to me that these sort of motivational approaches are so often targeted at entrepreneurs (regardless of serious issues of corruption). Some of the most successful people are also some of the most abominable. I’m sure I needn’t give obvious examples. So there may be a need to redefine “success” so that it wouldn’t apply to, say, Henry Lee Lucas (for being the most prolific serial killer).

In a way, which everyone can understand, an argument could be made that “pollution” is solely the consequence of success! One would almost rather people didn’t strive for success, but rather spent their time relaxing and drinking tea around the lake.

Once “success” is redefined, avenues of achieving it may also need to be redefined, and the avariciousness that underpins much conventional success would be eschewed.

Success may not be necessary. Abandoning ideas of success may be more beneficial for the individual and the world. What did Ramana Maharshi have other than his clothes, a bowl for his food, and a walking stick?

My guess is the first step to true success is abandoning the idea of success and then finding completely different reasons to do meaningful things in the world.

    cheers.

    • Jay Niblick says:

      Eric,

Very insightful thought on the definition of success. In Video #4 I actually address that, or more accurately, give you access to some larger resources where I address that specific topic (how the very best in the study have a VERY different definition of success). So, hope you get to check out Video #4 and the resources I offer you there so you can see just how correct you are about the definition of success needing to be redefined.

      Thanks,

      J.

  72. leti says:

    thank you, Jay

  73. Jenny says:

As a small business owner, I have struggled with trying to fix myself to do it all! I feel as though a weight has been lifted. Why do we think that we have to do it all? It is refreshing to know that there are people out there that are very good in areas that I’m not. I’m calling them tomorrow! Thank you for this clear and concise video. I can’t wait to see the others. Again, thank you.

  74. Christine Peet says:

    Hi Jay,

Thank you 4 the video, keep in tounch can wait 4 the next video.

    Thank you,

    Be Bless,
    Christine,

  75. Steve says:

    JAY ,

Thanks for the insight, you are definitley right, ive been thinking about what my flaws are instead of focusing on my true talents. The funny part is that i know exactly what my strenghts are but never thought of taking advantage of them. Crazy how much that makes sense but never applied it.

    Thanks again!

  76. Yasmina says:

    Hi Jay,
Great Job ! Thank you so much for sharing such a precious secret ! The secret that can change a life ! Now, instead of struggling in “fixing” myself, i’ll focus on my natural talents to be successful !
Looking forward to your next videos !
    Take care
    Yasmina

  77. Sam says:

    Hi Jay
truly this is an amazing video. thanks a lot for sharing it with us.

  78. Nazmi Ozokur says:

    Jay,

This gets me really excited about life and all the challanges i am facing in my life and bussiness, I cant wait to watch the 2nd video.

  79. David Doward says:

    Jay,

    Simply Brilliant!

    much appreciation,

    David

  80. JUDY says:

Just wanted to thank you for your generous sharing. these things you covered are things i already know, hopefully the videos will help me put what i know into application. focus has always been difficult. organization in the conventional sense, is difficult for me. however my home is organized in general categories. sewing, plants, painting, etc. i am flexible, i have to be. i suppose it is a matter of nebulous order… thanks for the introduction. looking forward to more.

  81. john says:

Sounds like I am going to be offered the services of a coach. But, I will keep an open mind

  82. Brenda says:

I love the demo of this video. Looking forward to the next tape.

  83. Leigh says:

Great common sense. Thoughts went straight to the aboriginal artists in the desert at Utopia. Being totally self aware having great salespeople using their skills to allow the Utopia people to remain authentic. If only I knew my limitations so well and didn’t think I could do it all, that’s just plain silly ! Thank you for the beginnings of my own self-awareness.

  84. Perryn Slighting says:

awesome stuff; makes sense and I look forward to really honing in on those key areas and unlocking this magic, simple yet hidden genius. Thank you Jay!

  85. Hi Jay-

as per usual – BRILLIANT delivery and fascinating content!

Very much looking forward to the next 3.

    with much appreciation,

    Sherry

  86. Dave S. says:

This makes a lot of sense it’s a logical concept, however, these people are masters at hyping things up and making you believe you can do
anything. The reaping of results is usually a little disappointing.

  87. John Vickers says:

    Hi Jay,
Thank you for sharing this and I look forward to hearing more, really an eye opener

    Best wishes

    John

  88. Thank you very much, it was the first time for me to be very intrested in an idea like that.

  89. Amy Spang says:

Thanks a lot for the crystal clear video.

Also, thanks for the possibility to take the DISC index and the values index tests. The results were written in a way which I really liked. Structured, helpful for insight. I use them now when I apply for a new job (within management/coaching).

Keep up the good work, appreciate it greatly.

  92. Hugh says:

    Jay,
Well done!!! I have yet to see a more thorough and precise explanation of the two key traits and how are inability to recognize them leaves us unfocussed and hence undetermined. I too look forward to the next video. Full marks for the imaginative presentation, which was not only enlightening but entertaining as well. Of particular note was the reinforcement of the spoken word with printed words and pictures. Keep up the great work!!!!

    With Gratitude,

Really nice video and very true. Once you have the control over your mind, feed it with good stuff and maximize your potential to apply. These are definitely key to success and fullfillment. (Contribution gives you the fullfilment)

  122. Hoang Do says:

Waiting for the next video. However, I still believe that I can fix myself though.
I am used to be not persistent, but when I find out what I love to do, then I become very persistent.

    • Jay Niblick says:

      Hoang,

You make a great point about moving from not being persistent to being persistent. However, that’s not “fixing” yourself, that’s aligning yourself :) By stating that you find out what you love to do and then you become persistent, nothing is changing inside of you as much as it is outside of you. When you find what you love to do and do it, you are finding your passion, getting engaged, aligning your natural talents with what you naturally do well (becoming authentic in other words). So, this isn’t fixing you – it’s just pointing you in the right direction let’s say.

  123. David says:

That explains so much of what my challanges are, and why I can’t seem to get past them.
Thank you for explaining this to me. That knowlage alone is a huge help, just knowing where to start makes me happy.

Interesting video, I feel like I found what I really wanted, this video brings the insight of how can I get all I want in life, it all starts in my mind by knowing exactly who am I.

Thanks for sharing the video with me, God bless you

I am looking forward on the next video.

  128. Sterling says:

I liked how you animated your first marketing video message. It’s like a story line that looks like a slide presentation. What’s the name of the software you used Jay to make this first video of yours? Your Genius shines through in the creativity of this film you created. Awesome job on the illustrations and copywrite. All your work and time to design the special effects for this video has really paid off and has made this first masterpiece really interesting.

I see what you just demonstrated was a work of art. Just like video games.

    Take care

  129. Janine Vasquez-Varela (Chapman) says:

Thank you Jay for your beautifully clear presentation of your findings. It is a very clever way to link success and with living in the fullness of who we really are, and so offering the experience of success with the sustaining power of meaningful depth that honours our truth.

A refreshing video, thanks again, Janine

  130. Laury Coultas says:

You almost lost me in repeating the “get to the point” information. Where is video #2?

  131. Ken says:

Very cool! I really enjoyed the background music. Felt like I was at the beach. Actually, it really helped me pay attention.

  132. Could not be more agree with you. Actually it was not required such an extensive study to figure it out that you need to improve your strengths and “avoid” as you can your weakness, but I am glad that solid data has shown this info.

Looking forward to see your next video and work with you very soon

    Best regards and wishes

    Rony Zagursky

  133. Dulce says:

    Hi Jay,

very informative and quite interesting. If this is so, then i need to stop feeling frustrated trying to learn everything myself to make things work.

thanks and looking forward to the next videos.

  134. Leah Hansel says:

    Hi Jay,

Thank you for providing us all with this gift – how wonderful that you are showing others how to focus on and further develop their natural abilities and capabilities which will then, of course, allow others to assist and then shine in theirs! A true win-win-win for all involved.
I am very much looking forward to the next videos,
    In Gratitude,
    Leah

  135. Great and very useful! I feel overwhelmed by choosing between all interesting groups to participate in and I am really glad that I took some valuable time for seeing your video. I am currently doing this and have chosen to leave my cozy job for starting up my own company instead of feeling trapped and working without passion. My potential was much more than I could go for in my current job role and after turning on every stone I decided to leave. I had a Great and supporting Manager who really helped me to feel comfortable with my decision.

Self awareness is more easy to say than really accomplish and mastering since it takes time to learn yourself. Authenticity is for me when my feelings and actions support each other and I am going with the flow and have a really cool feeling of that everything I need comes to me when the time is right. Stressful thoughts is not part anymore of my life and I feel that I achieve at least 50% more and effortless than ever before.

  136. falconsahin says:

I hope you’ll send me your videos, would inspire me and help me find my true path ..thanks (god)

  140. Cyril Clarke says:

Your timing is unbelievable! I needed something to get me out of a rut and this is exactly what I needed. I know what I am good at but I have always tried to correct what I am not good at, now I know why I have been walking around with a foot nail to the floor. Thank you, thank you, thank you…

  141. Jason says:

Sounds great!….but how do I access the other 3 videos?

    • Jay Niblick says:

The next video will be posted this week. Look for an email from me or bookmark this website and check back later this week.

  142. Riejan says:

    Is it that simple??? wow!

    • Jay Niblick says:

Riejan, and the rest as I would love to reply to everyone, while it really is that “simple”, that’s only in concept. Jumping over a little bar in the Olympics is simple as well – in concept. The actual doing is more difficult simply because we have to fight our programming and urge to fix ourselves. Remember, as Da Vinci said, simplicity is the greatest form of sophistication.

  143. Brian Bullock says:

    HI jay,
A simple approach to organinsing ourselves and avoiding overwhelm. I think that what you are saying is “If you don’t have the natural talent to do some task, then delegate”. I have a worry about finding too many natural talents and then not having the time to exploit them. I think we should search and discover ouor natural talents, priorotise them and then exploit the most promising one. I look forward to the next episode.

    Regards

    Brian

  144. Arturo Mendoza says:

That´s all, living with passion ¡¡¡¡

  145. Dr. Tripp says:

the information is relevant. The feeling is that not more information. Is there some type of test that helps to clarify where my natural talents rest?

  146. Chris says:

    I Love it! Thanks!

  147. Steve says:

    Intrigued. Engaged. What’s next?

  148. Douglas says:

Great! Excellent! I am intuitively going that way. I want to know more and practice and do whatever it takes to develop the great talent I know I own!

As I relate to the beginning of this video, I pray the ending has equal similarities as well! Thank you for creating and proposing coping tools for the world, as to better assist personal “AUTHENTICITY” to emerge through “SELF AWARENESS”…. Go Jay!!!

  158. Absolutely GREAT! Clear, concise, simple!
Look forward for the next one’s.
    Thank you!
    Jaime

  159. Richard Goldsworthy says:

    Dane.

  168. Hal says:

This is what I preach all the time and will be very interested in your methods for bringing them out in others. I believe that all people have natural talents and passions which very often go undiscovered or under utilized and people live their lives frustrated and never fully realized in the potential and happiness. My job is to make that possible and for those I have coached they seem to come alive with a new relationship with themselves and others.

  169. John Pyke says:

Truly outstanding – perhaps the most significant human capital discovery & breakthrough of all time. The research emphatically obliterates a host of deeply held, all too often unchallenged & incorrect legacy of beliefs surrounding personal development and human potential.

Individuals & organizations now have a proven, trusted model to embrace – capable of generating staggering “genius” results. Thank you Jay! Reversing the current pandemic of people who are dissatisfied with their careers/jobs & the results they are achieving never looked so good. The organizational implications & value are beyond description.

    John Pyke

  170. Dr Jan says:

Excellent video full of great information andleaving me with anxiousness for the next piece. I want more.
Being one who looks at the me in each situation and who do i need to be to make it work, the possibility of knowing who i am and providing that and getting help for the “not me” parts offers a freedom that i have not considered.
    Thank you
    Dr Jan

  171. Abie says:

    Awesome!!!

  172. Helle says:

  173. Richard Conant says:

    Wow,

that was great, thank you so much for sharing. I’ve been focused on understanding my awareness and finding true north with my natural talents, however, I’ve been stuck on where to go once I’ve deturmined my abilities and how to effectively use those abilities to the best of my advantage? However, my limitations have been sitting stagnent, not knowing what to do with them. I now know what to do, thank you for giving me the gift of potential energy which is the knowledge and understanding of facts which now gives me the inertia to continue developement of my master plan. God Bless!

  174. SteHan Botha says:

Thanks for the great Video Jay!

Can’t wait to see the next vid. Your strengths Profile has also proven very helpful.

    S+

  175. Great stuff! As a business owner, I’ve always struggled with believing that I needed to improve all my weak traits so that they do not hold me back. This approach is clean and refreshing. Looking forward to the next videos!!!

  176. Eugen Roth says:

    Excellent!!

  177. Patrick says:

    Jay,
Thanks for sharing. This is exactly what’s been on my mind as a business owner. I sometimes feel like “it” all has to come from me — even when I know my skill sets are not good in that area. I can’t wait to see the other videos.

    Bravo !!

    Dedy Irawan

  181. David Jones says:

Makes perfect sense. Otherwise you spend your whole life trying to fix “you”. Then you find out “you” weren’t broken. You were just in a role or job that didn’t fit your passion.

  182. phil stowers says:

    jay,

hurry up! send the next vid. Now! Do it now!

  183. Bonnie Lay says:

Jay…THIS IS IT!! Definitely the paradigm shift.. Will forward this to a potential client, who is trying to understand authenticity and self awareness….
    Bonnie

    Hi Jay,

    please “Keep Going”
